As a Night Operator, you will be at the forefront of production oversight, utilizing advanced SCADA/Cygnet systems to monitor equipment and identify issues proactively. Your expertise with Plunger Lift Systems will be instrumental in troubleshooting and maintaining smooth operations. You’ll collaborate with supervisors and team leads, gather and input production data using eVIN software, and ensure all operating procedures are followed accurately, helping to optimize asset performance.

• Minimum of 3 years’ oilfield experience, specifically with Plunger Lift Systems
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift operations
• Proficiency with SCADA/Cygnet systems and production software (eVIN)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and production issues
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Additional experience with other oilfield equipment or automation systems
• Familiarity with safety and environmental protocols in oilfield settings
• Basic understanding of reservoir management and production optimization

• High school diploma required; technical certifications or further education in oilfield operations a plus
• At least 3 years of hands‑on oilfield experience, with a focus on artificial lift systems

• Must reside within 50-60 miles of Catarina, TX
• Ability to work in a 7/7 night shift rotation, with a schedule that supports a long‑term commitment
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company policies
