Location: Itasca
Republic Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintains advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy equipment.;
Performs repair or preventative maintenance on electrical, diesel and gasoline vehicles including compactor, excavator, wheel loader, and other equipment.;
Repairs engines, transmissions, chassis, drive lines, hydraulic, brakes, electrical and suspension systems.;
Reads equipment condition reports and repair orders and communicates with supervisor for defect clarification.;
Completes paperwork for repairs, records parts usage, and input into fleet management software.
