Weather shield Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking a skilled roofing installer to perform removal, deck prep, and installation across commercial and residential projects. You will work with single ply, built-up, and shingles, using hand tools and equipment under supervision. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance.
Experience in flat-roof systems is preferred; OHSA-10, CPR/First Aid, and lift training are valued. This on-site role requires physical fitness and willingness to learn.
