• Lead the installation and commissioning of audio‑visual systems across client sites nationwide.
• Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations on hardware, software, and project requirements.
• Carry out AV installations including cabling, displays, conferencing systems, and digital signage solutions.
• Manage subcontractors and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Provide technical support, fault finding, and programming assistance across audio, lighting, and control systems.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience installing AV systems and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of LCD, LED, video conferencing, video over IP, and video matrix systems.
• Experience with AV fault finding, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of IT networking within AV environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS or ECS Card.
• IPAF and PASMA certification.
• Experience with Q‑SYS, BI‑AMP, or Crestron systems.
• First Aid Qualification.
