Job Title
Diesel and Auto Mechanic
Compensation and Benefits$25-$28/hour to start, commensurate with experience. Time and a half pay for hours over 40 in a work week. PTO in first year. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available after 60 days of employment. 401k after a year of service with 4% company match.
Schedule and LocationWork schedules is 5 days on/2 days off and then 5 days on/3 days off, rotating. 10-12 hour shifts. Day shift. Occasional travel with business need. Work location is based at our headquarters in Springtown, TX. Must be able to travel to other work locations (Midland, for example) to be considered for employment.
