Position: Service Technician - CCTV ***$25 - $30/hr***

Job Description

Under direct supervision of the Field Superintendent, this position changes out, starts up, maintains (preventative maintenance) and/or repairs drain cleaning and other plumbing related systems, and dewatering jobs/projects ensuring timely and quality service to Snowbridge standards and customer specifications. The role uses CCTV equipment to perform various inspections and service.

Essential Functions
  • Model safety compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Model efficient time management and mentor less experienced field staff in technical expertise.
  • Work collaboratively and respectfully with all Snowbridge staff.
  • Review the Service Titan job board daily at 7:30 a.m. and prepare for the day’s first assignment or follow the Field Superintendent’s direction for earlier/later start.
  • Manage field work for maximum productivity (zero returns for missed or incorrect service items), immediately resolve unusual project issues, and relay information to the Field Superintendent as appropriate.
  • Use company vehicles, equipment, tools and workspace responsibly, including keeping vehicles, equipment, tools and shop bays neat and clean, and returning tools and equipment to their designated storage areas.
  • Advise the Fleet Manager/Technician of vehicle or equipment maintenance and/or repair needs per protocol.
  • Purchase fuel, materials, parts, supplies and small tools as needed to complete jobs/projects.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction on all jobs/projects.
  • Record all job functions accurately and timely in Service Titan, Paycor and on required hard copy forms.
  • Adhere to Snowbridge Employee Handbook guidelines and policies.
  • Utilize and maintain CCTV equipment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Demands

This position requires regular standing, walking, sitting, crouching, bending, reaching and carrying objects, with full range of motion. It involves using hands to finger, handle and feel objects such as tools, and using a computer keyboard or iPad. The role requires agility, good balance, no fear of heights, and the ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Full command of the five senses is necessary.

Type & Hours

Standard hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with overtime hours as needed and an on‑call rotation.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required beyond routine daily job/project sites, parts/tools pick‑up, etc.

Required

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of drain cleaning/plumbing experience
  • 3 years experience using CCTV equipment
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • 5 years drain cleaning/plumbing experience
  • 5 years experience using CCTV equipment
  • CDL Class A/B with a driving record meeting company insurance requirements
Work Authorization
  • Eligible to work in the United States, including clearance to work on federal contracts

Conditions of Employment
  • Must have and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license
  • Must be able to work additional hours outside of a regular schedule and be available on an as‑needed or emergency basis
  • Must perform strenuous labor and have the ability to stand, walk, climb, crawl, kneel, bend and reach above shoulder level
  • Must have manual dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, near and far vision, hearing ability and be able to verbally communicate with others
