Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, refrigeration), and facility components.;
Diagnose and repair issues related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.;
Troubleshoot equipment failures quickly to minimize operational downtime.;
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service logs
