Pay: $22–$40 per hour + Sales Bonuses + Benefits
Join OnCall Plumbing!Are you a licensed Texas Plumbing Tradesman looking for a company that values quality workmanship, customer service, and career growth? OnCall Plumbing is looking for an experienced Journeyman/Tradesman Plumber to join our growing team in Liberty Hill, TX.
You’ll work with a team that takes pride in providing fast, reliable, and professional plumbing solutions for residential customers while using modern technology to keep your day organized and efficient.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
- Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment.
- Respond to scheduled service calls and emergency plumbing requests.
- Use Housecall Pro (or similar mobile software) to manage work orders and customer information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on repair options.
- Participate in an on-call rotation every third weekend.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Required
- Valid Texas Plumbing Tradesman License.
- Minimum of 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
- Comfortable using mobile apps such as Housecall Pro for scheduling and work orders.
- Willing to participate in an on-call rotation every third weekend.
Preferred
- Experience with advanced plumbing technologies and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
