Martin Marietta Materials - - Responsibilities:
Operate excavators to remove overburden, extract raw materials, clearing waterways and maintain working faces;
Load haul trucks, feed crushers, and move materials efficiently throughout the quarry;
Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on equipment;
Monitor excavation areas to ensure proper benching, slope stability, and safe digging practices;
Follow production plans and communicate with supervisors and haul truck operators to optimize material flow
