We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team at our facility in Rhome, Texas
. This position is responsible for fabricating and repairing small trailers, rental equipment, and custom projects that support our expanding rental fleet.

• Fabricate and weld small trailers and rental equipment.
• Repair and modify existing fleet equipment.
• Read and work from drawings or build from concept.
• Operate shop fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain quality workmanship and a clean, organized shop.

• Experience with MIG welding (TIG and stick welding are a plus).
• Ability to fabricate from raw steel.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
