Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is looking for a Lead Drywall Repair Technician & Level 5 Finisher who can walk onto a jobsite, assess the work, and get it done right the first time.

This is not an entry-level or production drywall position. We're looking for a seasoned drywall professional with 8–10+ years of hands‑on experience in drywall repair, texture matching, and Level 5 finishing. If you're the person everyone turns to when the repair has to disappear, we want to talk to you.

• Lead crews on residential drywall repair projects
• Perform expert drywall repairs, patches, skim coating, and Level 5 finishes
• Match a variety of textures seamlessly, including orange peel, knockdown, hand textures, and smooth wall finishes
• Identify the best repair methods for water damage, plumbing re‑pipes, settling cracks, and other drywall issues
• Train and mentor technicians on proper repair techniques and craftsmanship
• Ensure every job meets our high quality standards before completion
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
• Keep jobs organized, efficient, and on schedule
• Manage tools, materials, and jobsite cleanliness

• 8–10+ years of professional drywall repair and finishing experience
• Expert-level knowledge of drywall repair—not just hanging board
• Proven experience producing flawless Level 5 finishes
• Excellent texture matching skills that blend repairs into existing walls and ceilings
• Leadership experience managing or directing crews
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and strong customer communication skills
