Road & Rail Services is seeking an experienced Traveling Railcar Repairman / Carman to join our team. This travel position requires hands-on railcar maintenance, welding skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Location is Austin, TX with hourly pay of $28.00–$34.00. The ideal candidate will have railcar maintenance or repair experience, welding (including stick), and 4G/5G welding skills, plus a valid driver's license and a demonstrated safety mindset.
