** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.
* Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize mechanical systems and equipment.
* Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
* Partner with operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive equipment reliability.
* Guide and support maintenance personnel through coaching, task planning, and technical assistance.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to lead maintenance activities safely and effectively.
* Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
* Skilled in planning, organizing, and prioritizing maintenance tasks.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and equipment reliability practices.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

*** Starting Pay $29.00 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
