Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp - - Responsibilities:
Lead mitigation crews to perform tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation per Paul Davis and industry standards;
Provide excellent customer service and act as a representative of the brand;
Ensure crew readiness each morning with a team huddle and on-site presence for issue resolution;
Meet clients and adjusters on-site to resolve issues and provide professional input;
Maintain inventory of trucks and equipment and participate in on-call schedules
