Maintenance Technicians

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support an industrial shutdown project in New Caney, TX. Technicians will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on industrial equipment while following all site safety and quality requirements.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Repair, replace, and adjust equipment components as needed.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential mechanical or electrical problems.
• Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and startup activities.
• Read and follow work orders, equipment manuals, drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed maintenance and repairs.
• Work with supervisors, electricians, operators, and other maintenance personnel.
• Follow all OSHA, site-specific, PPE, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work extended hours, weekends, and varying shifts as required during the shutdown.

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Experience working in refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, or other industrial environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures.
• Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced shutdown environment.
• OSHA or site-specific safety training is a plus.
