Fortis Energy Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Workover Rig Operators to join their growing team in Waskom, Texas. This role involves operating heavy equipment on service rigs, supervising crews, and ensuring safe and efficient oil and gas well servicing. The ideal candidate will have proven workover rig experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety in challenging outdoor environments.

• Minimum 1 year of workover rig experience
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Comfort working at heights
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Valid driver’s license highly preferred
• Pre-employment drug screen

• Pre-employment background and MVR check
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, squat, kneel, and work outdoors 90% of the time
• Manual and finger dexterity, hand/grip strength, and depth perception

• Safeland/PEC certification
• CDL
• Well Control School
• H2S, Forklift/Manlift, and CPR/1st Aid certifications
• Other heavy equipment licenses or certifications
