Install equipment at customer accounts and perform setup, repair, and ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling and fountain equipment;
Diagnose equipment problems and determine repair or replacement, prioritizing service and PM calls;
Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures;
Complete paperwork and maintain accurate service and inventory records after each call;
Transport parts and equipment, and maintain a clean, organized service truck
