Electri Com is seeking a Foreman to lead field crews constructing and maintaining electrical power, telecommunications, and broadband infrastructure. This role plans daily work, assigns tasks, and ensures safe, efficient operations on overhead and underground projects. The Foreman enforces strict safety standards, reads and interprets plans, coordinates with project managers and utilities, and monitors quality and productivity. You will train and mentor crew members, track labor and materials, troubleshoot site issues, and support Electri Com's commitment to safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship across our utility projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise field crews on electrical power, telecom, and broadband construction projects
- Plan daily work, assign tasks, and ensure efficient use of labor, tools, and equipment
- Monitor safety compliance and enforce company and regulatory safety standards
- Interpret plans, maps, and job specifications to guide installation and construction activities
- Coordinate with project managers, utilities, and inspectors on schedules and site conditions
- Inspect work quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards and deadlines are met
- Track materials, equipment usage, and crew hours; report progress and issues
- Train and mentor crew members in safe work practices and construction techniques
- Ensure proper documentation, as-builts, and site restoration are completed
Required Skills
- Crew supervision and leadership

- Reading and interpreting construction plans and maps
- Job site safety management and OSHA compliance
- Electrical power or telecom/broadband installation methods
- Equipment operation coordination (trucks, diggers, boring, etc.)
