Journeyman Electrician

Pay: $36/hr + $175/day Per Diem

Schedule: 60/60/50 (Overtime Available)

Start Date: ASAP

We are actively hiring Journeyman Electricians for a large‑scale data center construction project in Claude, TX. This is a long‑term opportunity with consistent overtime, strong per diem, and immediate start dates. The role is ideal for electricians with prior work on data centers or large commercial/industrial builds.

• Install, bend, and run EMT conduit (primary scope of work)
• Perform rigid conduit installation as required
• Pull wire and complete terminations for power and low‑voltage systems
• Install cable tray, supports, and electrical distribution systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings
• Maintain compliance with NEC codes and jobsite safety standards
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to meet project timelines
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced construction environment

• Active Journeyman Electrician License OR NCCER Certification
• Minimum 4+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
• Strong experience with EMT conduit bending and installation
• Experience working on data centers or large‑scale commercial projects preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
• Ability to work overtime and physically perform job duties (lifting, climbing, etc.)

• $36/hour (OT available)
• $175/day Per Diem (7 days/week)
• 60/60/50 schedule (high overtime potential)
• Weekly pay
