Maintenance Technician
Join our team to perform Level 1 to Level 3 pre-commissioning activities on client HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for completing punch list repairs, including minor electrical, mechanical, and HVAC tasks. Per diem is offered if needed.
Complete L1-L3 pre-commissioning activities for HVAC systems.
Perform punch list repairs as directed, including minor electrical, mechanical, and HVAC items.
Work under the supervision of the Project Leader to complete mechanical and electrical punch list items.
Handle HVAC and chiller punch list items, and potentially handle refrigerant during repairs if licensed.
Use HVAC tools such as manifolds and gauges for pressure testing.
Comfortably work at heights of up to 15 feet.
Basic refrigeration knowledge.
Proficiency with HVAC tools: manifold, gauges, and pressure testing.
Industrial HVAC experience (minimum 2 years).
Current or past EPA certification preferred.
OSHA 10 certification.
LOTO certification.
EPA Cert/Universal 608.
Ability to obtain certifications such as the person 70e (2025) if not currently held.

Work in a construction environment at a data center, with a safety-oriented culture. Enjoy a flexible start time between 5-7 am, and be open to overtime and weekend work. A 3-hour safety orientation is provided on the first day. Personal protective equipment is provided, while associates must provide their own tools.
This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio, TX.
