FIM is seeking a full-time, Diesel Mechanic in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization.
Responsibilities- Provide preventative maintenance services for vehicles (gas and diesel) and heavy machinery (i.e.
- oil and filter changes) - Tire replacement and/or repairs
- Troubleshoot/diagnose/repair mechanical issues with vehicles (gas and diesel) and heavy machinery
- Help other mechanics when needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Effective problem-solver
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Have initiative/willingness to learn and grow
- Team-oriented - able to work with various personalities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to conflicts/changes in schedules
- Highly productive with minimal supervision
