Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Springs, a 76-unit community in Dripping Springs, TX. You will ensure property appearance and maintenance, supporting residents and maintaining safety across common areas and units.
Responsibilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, appliance fixes, and preparing vacants. On-call duties may apply, with a trip stipend. Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing/paint and optional HVAC/EPA, plus a valid license, are preferred.
