Pay: $15.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience | Weekly Pay

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM

Overtime:
Saturdays | 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, based on company needs

Employment Type:

Full-Time

• Install and wire electrical components in HVAC equipment
• Build and wire control panels, junction boxes, and enclosures
• Install relays, transformers, terminal blocks, circuit breakers, sensors, control boards, PLCs, and VFDs
• Route, label, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
• Perform visual inspections, continuity checks, and basic electrical testing
• Identify wiring or component issues and assist with troubleshooting
• Complete required production and inspection documentation

• Previous electrical assembly experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Basic knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
• Experience with wire preparation, crimping, and electrical terminations
• Ability to use multimeters and continuity testers
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and production standards
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Commercial HVAC equipment wiring
• HVAC electrical controls
• Electrical control panel assembly
• PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automated controls
• Electrical troubleshooting
• NEC or industrial electrical practices
• Lean Manufacturing or 5S experience

Experience may include wire strippers, crimping tools, torque tools, multimeters, continuity testers, cordless drills, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment.

• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements
• Distinguish wire colors and read small labels
• Work in varying temperatures and industrial noise
• Follow PPE, electrical safety, OSHA, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
