The Electricial Specialist will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and calibrating a variety of electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical instrumentation systems used in manufacturing, research and development, or other industries. The candidate will be skilled in conduit and cable tray installation handles complex raceway layouts, structural hanging, and National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance.

• 3-5+ years of experience as an industrial electrician, with hands-on cable tray and conduit installation experience.
• Journeyman Electrician license and/or Apprentice TDLR
• Working knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical codes
• Proficient reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Must be willing to follow all company and project policies, rules, and guidelines.
• Must be willing to assist in any additional qualified duties assigned.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass drug test and background check .

• Layout, fabricate, and install cable tray systems (ladder, trough, and solid-bottom) per drawings, NEC, and jobsite standards
• Cut, thread, bend, and install rigid, IMC, EMT, and PVC conduit runs
• Pull, terminate, and test power, control, and instrumentation cable
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical one-line diagrams
• Install motor controls, panels, disconnects, transformers, and switch gear
• Ground and bond conduit, cable tray, and electrical equipment per code
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, equipment, and system malfunctions
• Coordinate installation sequencing with other trades on site
• Follow all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific safety plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including redlines and as-builts

• High School Diploma and EHS field experience.

• Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting,sitting and lifting.
• Will talk and hear to communicate.
• Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials,controls and tools.
• May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
• Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding using the appropriate fall protection requirements.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
• Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/ spoggles , ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
