Residential Care Specialist Evening​/Weekend

Job Description

The Haven is a faith‑driven residential care treatment facility for adolescent survivors of domestic minor sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, and those most at risk for being victimized. As a member of the direct care team, you will provide support and supervision for female adolescent clients between the ages of 8 and 18.

• Provide appropriate adult supervision for our clients as they participate in scheduled activities and events.
• Accompany our clients to off‑site appointments, activities and events.
• Create a nurturing environment while providing appropriate structure as our clients progress through their healing journey.
• Contribute to the success of our program as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team.
• Due to our need to provide around‑the‑clock supervision, those working overnight‑shift will need to remain awake and alert during the entire shift.

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Salary: $14.00 per hour

Several positions available including Evenings, Weekends, Overnights PRN

• Due to the nature of clientele served by our program, only female candidates will be considered.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must provide proof of current auto insurance.
• Must submit to and pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• All candidates will be required to pass all required federal and local criminal history/background reviews.
• Education:
  
  Must have high school diploma or equivalent – Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  One year of experience working with children, families or other vulnerable populations.
