Case Manager

Texas Family Initiative is seeking a full‑time Permanency Case Manager to work with our community’s most vulnerable children and families. The role requires an accredited Bachelor’s Degree and a Valid Driver’s License
, and is conducted through a 13‑week comprehensive training program that includes field experience, in‑office learning, and classroom training with a mentor.

As a Permanency Case Manager, you will support families in foster care and work toward permanency for children in the Managing Conservatorship of DFPS. Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with biological parents to help them access services that enable reunification with their children.
• When reunification is not possible, work to secure a safe, permanent family‑like setting for the children.
• Conduct home visits and participate in court hearings.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders—including CASA (Court‑Appointed Special Advocates)—to build lasting partnerships with families.

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree
