Missions

You ensure the mission of accompaniment in the field of prevention, protection, and intervention in favor of all CMS users and RSA beneficiaries. You contribute to the integration of any person/family facing social, economic, family, and/or professional issues through comprehensive social support. You contribute to the protection of children and adults. You participate in medical-social observation and the adaptation of services to the needs of the population.

You carry out a mission to combat poverty and precariousness. You participate in local social development actions and in the functioning of local networks.

Missions and occasional activities:

• You contribute to the welcome of new colleagues, trainees.
• You contribute to the continuity and proper functioning of the service.
• You may be asked to replace the versatile social service assistants of the sector in the sector, co-sector, and group.

Territorial employment framework of socio-educational assistants. First-hand experience is required. State diploma of Social Service Assistant required. Knowledge of the skills, procedures, orientations of the medical-social policy of the Department and its various existing medical-social services. Knowledge of the legislation relating to the rights of persons and the family. Ability to adapt to different audiences. Sense of observation and human relations.
