Social Worker; Boothe Campus

Role Description

The Campus Social Worker plays a front-line role in serving children and families in need through the Campus Social Work program of STCH Ministries. The Campus Social Worker fosters social, behavioral, personal, and spiritual growth for clients and families through professional counseling. The Campus Social Worker will teach and present seminar material as opportunities are available and as requested by STCH Ministries staff leadership.

The Campus Social Worker must also understand and support the mission of STCH Ministries and its programs and faith tradition.

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited university
• Leadership experience in helping individuals and families
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in and away from the workplace
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

This is a full-time, salaried position. The salary amount will be discussed during the interview process, and the starting salary amount will be determined by the STCH Ministries pay scale and the applicant's experience.
