Job Title

Director of Leisure Services for Children and Youth

Within the Population Services Division/Child and Youth Service, the Director of Leisure Services is responsible for the on-site management of the leisure center without accommodation, during Wednesdays outside school vacation periods (annualized working time of 14.18/35th). Pedagogy:

- Writes the pedagogical project of the leisure center in respect of the educational project, ensures its application on a daily basis
- Ensures a global care of the child, of his individual needs while integrating them into a collective approach, and ensuring the comfort of the group.

- Validates the activity schedules of the animators, and manages the schedules of the leisure center. Management:

- Recruits, accompanies and trains the animators of his team.

- Participates in the animations, alongside his team. Communication:

- Manages relations with families and partners
- Informs the publics

Art. L332-8 provision 5 of the general code of the territorial public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a position with a part-time and quota of working time less than 50%. The proposed contract cannot exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
