We are a Mental Health Facility that provides comprehensive care to clients which have severe and persistent mental illness.

Actively work with Regional Mental Health Institute (RMHI) leadership continuing efforts to operate cost effective, efficient, and outcomes-driven hospital services

This individual should possess good communication skills and an ability to work with a diverse group of community agencies, other state psychiatric hospitals, and other departments within the facility.

• Assists in ensuring patient quality of care, treatment and services are accomplished through planning for delivery of services, corrective actions, communication with direct reports, and review of admissions/discharge data.
• On a daily basis provides verbal and written guidance, support and coaching, and reports to the Executive Counsel the overall function and efficiency of the department.

Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in a social or behavioral science or related acceptable field and experience equivalent to five or more years of professional managerial work.

Additional qualifying work experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two years.

Additional graduate coursework in a social or behavioral science or other related acceptable field may substitute for up to two years of the required experience.
