Career Team seeks a dedicated Career Advisor - WIOA Youth to deliver career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services to participants in the WIOA Youth program. You will guide jobseekers toward employment goals, help remove barriers, and ensure accurate, compliant case management under the WIOA framework.
You will work onsite in Deep East Texas, collaborating with program managers and community partners, while maintaining detailed records and meeting program benchmarks.
