We're looking for someone special to join our guest service team.

We're not necessarily looking for someone who has spent years working in an automotive repair shop. In fact, some of the people we'd most like to meet may have never worked in automotive at all.

Maybe you've worked at a great hotel where you learned how to make every guest feel important. Maybe you've worked in an upscale restaurant where remembering the little things separated good service from exceptional service. Maybe you're simply the person guests ask for because they know you'll take care of them.

That's who we're looking for.

We'll teach you our processes and help you learn the automotive side. You bring the personality, work ethic, communication skills, and genuine desire to serve people.

If you have a background in hospitality, hotels, upscale restaurants, concierge services, high-end retail, or exceptional guest service , we’d especially like to hear from you.

Don’t let a lack of automotive experience stop you from applying. We can teach cars. We’re looking for someone who already understands how to take great care of people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred
• Experience in hotels, upscale restaurants, hospitality, concierge services, high-end retail, or other service-focused environments is strongly encouraged
• No automotive experience required — we can teach you the automotive side of the business
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Naturally friendly, welcoming, and comfortable building relationships with guests
• Genuine desire to help people and provide an outstanding customer experience
• Ability to listen carefully, ask good questions, and communicate information clearly and professionally
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations or dissatisfied guests with patience and professionalism
• Able to remain calm, organized, and positive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computers, phones, email, texting, and business software
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to being part of a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High level of integrity, honesty, and personal accountability
• Willingness to learn and receive ongoing training and coaching
• A servant-minded attitude and a genuine desire to take great care of people
