Texas Panhandle Centers is seeking a Family Support Specialist Case Manager (1403) in Clarendon, TX to deliver trauma-informed care and skills training to youth (ages 3-17) and families across Clarendon, Wellington, and surrounding areas. This full-time role supports direct community-based care and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.
Minimum 1 year of experience with at-risk youth and families, a Bachelor's in a Human Services field, and a valid Texas driver’s license are required.
