• Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather requirements and design technical solutions
• Creating and executing test plans to ensure application functionality and quality
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to suggest process improvements or new solutions

• 5+ years of experience writing, testing, and debugging COBOL programs using established coding standards and best practices
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining JCL scripts to manage batch processing and job scheduling
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining DB2 databases to support application data needs
• 5+ years of experience writing and maintaining CICS transaction programs to provide online access to mainframe applications

• Should possess good knowledge on CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, MQ and JCL
• Good understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing process
• Should be familiar with DB2 tools, File-Aid, scheduler and debugger tools
• Good communication and ability to interact with Partners
• General knowledge in core Java and Front-end Technologies (Angular) is a plus
• Endeavor Software Manager migration tool/process
• SFTP/AW XAY Secure File transfer knowledge; ability to work independently and within a team structure
