Description
Hybrid Every Other Week in Westlake, TX
As a Salesforce Software Engineer on the Business Enablement Salesforce Engineering Team, you will support and evolve Salesforce solutions while building new features for business partners. You will develop components, write automated tests, use containers for packaging, and coordinate builds through continuous integration. The environment values collaboration, learning, and agile delivery.

Rate: $59.00 to $69.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Enhance, maintain, and support existing Salesforce solutions for business partners.
- Design and develop Lightning Apps and Lightning Web Components using Lightning Design System and App Builder.
- Implement Salesforce configurations including Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Platform Events.
- Develop Apex triggers, classes, callouts, and SOQL queries following best practices and exception handling.
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs.
- Author automated unit and integration tests and manage test automation with Provar.
- Package software using containers and coordinate builds through continuous integration pipelines.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and collaborate in a small, cross-functional team.
- Apply knowledge of identity, authorization, and authentication controls within solutions.
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in Salesforce administration.
- Experience developing Lightning Apps and Lightning Web Components with Lightning Design System and App Builder.
- Hands-on work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency with Salesforce APIs, Apex triggers and classes, callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder, and Platform Events.
- Experience with unit and integration test automation, including Provar.
- Experience with asynchronous workers and resilient messaging services.
- Knowledge of identity, authorization, and authentication management techniques.
- Experience as a full stack developer designing and building complex end-to-end systems.
- Database experience with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgre
SQL and non-relational databases such as Mongo
DB. - Strong object-oriented skills and familiarity with UML.
- Knowledge of cloud computing environments, applications, and tools.
- Experience with agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Motivated, self-directed, and results oriented with collaborative teamwork and empathy.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred).
- Certified Salesforce Developer (preferred).
