About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Engineer who can thrive in a fast paced, low structure environment
. You will contribute across the entire stack building scalable backend services in Java
, crafting intuitive frontend experiences in React
, and working directly with relational data using SQL
.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys ownership, autonomy, rapid iteration, and solving ambiguous problems in a product focused SaaS environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java
    , React
    , and SQL
    .
  • Work across services, APIs, and UI components to deliver product features end-to-end.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot, refactor, and stabilize existing, imperfect, or messy code as needed to ship high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and cross?functional teams in a fast-moving and rapidly iterating SaaS environment
    .
  • Contribute to and maintain CI/CD pipelines centrally managed through Git Hub
    , integrated with Git Hub Copilot for workflow support.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across both frontend and backend systems.

  • Java (Backend)
  • React (Frontend)
  • SQL (Database development, schema design, query optimization)
Experience
  • Proven SaaS product engineering experience (preferably multi-tenant or large-scale environments).
  • Hands?on experience with CI/CD pipelines
    , ideally using Git Hub Actions and a centralized Dev Ops workflow.
  • Familiarity with Git Hub Copilot or similar AI-supported development tooling.
  • Strong comfort working in fast-paced, low-structure teams where requirements may evolve quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively in imperfect codebases and iterate rapidly to deliver customer value.
