** What You’ll Do**

* Prepare detailed specifications, design robust mobile applications, and provide ongoing support, ensuring adherence to best practices.

* Optimize designs through rigorous review, evaluation tools, and analysis to guarantee superior user experiences across phones and tablets.

* Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests for a wide range of mobile devices.

* Build cutting-edge native mobile applications, provide critical support for production systems, and expertly troubleshoot technical challenges.

* Create thorough documentation for new development initiatives, maintaining high development standards.

* Collaborate closely with architects and stakeholders to devise and implement optimal technical solutions.

* Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

** Must-Have

Qualifications:

**

* 8+ years of dedicated native iOS development experience.

* Expert-level, in-depth working experience with Swift.

* Proficiency with Combine and Swift UI.

* Experience writing Unit Tests and Automated UI tests using the XCTest framework.

* Demonstrated experience integrating with REST APIs.

* Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and debugging related issues.

* A solid understanding and application of SOLID design principles.

* Experience debugging memory and performance issues in mobile applications.

* Familiarity with native accessibility features such as Voice Over and Dynamic Type.

* Experience with iterative development methodologies like TDD and BDD.

* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.

* Ability to identify stakeholders, evaluate their needs, and manage expectations through effective communication.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Depth of knowledge in mobile languages and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

* Extensive experience with iOS frameworks and SDKs, coupled with the ability to develop compelling user experiences.
