Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Translate functional and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Architect and implement high-performance, secure, and reliable microservices.

Ensure application stability, performance efficiency, and scalability.

Design and integrate event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.

Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.

Drive best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and architectural governance.

Optimize system performance through profiling, monitoring, and tuning.

Mentor and lead a team of developers, ensuring high productivity and quality deliverables.

Work closely with QA, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Ensure security, compliance, and data protection standards are followed.

This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.

Solid understanding of Dev Ops practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).

Strong knowledge of SQL/No

SQL databases.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
