Sr. Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:
  Analyze user requirements, create technical designs, build new software features or applications, implement security and data protection measures.
• Testing and Debugging:
  Conduct unit and integration tests, identify and fix bugs, collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality.
• Maintenance and Updates:
  Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, adapt to new hardware.
• Documentation:
  Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, reports on project specifications or status.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with cross-functional teams (software engineers, product managers, designers, clients) to ensure project requirements are met.
• Consultation:
  Advise departments or clients on software system design, installation, performance requirements.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in programming languages, software development tools, and knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Problem‑solving, teamwork, communication, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Awareness:
