We are currently looking for a BPM / Workflow Developer to join our growing technology teams. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions for large-scale digital transformation projects.
You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and Front-End Developers to deliver scalable and modern BPM solutions while expanding your expertise in workflow technologies, enterprise integrations, and intelligent automation.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain BPM/workflow automation solutions using enterprise platforms such as IBM BAW or similar technologies
- Implement business workflows, process orchestration, task management, approval flows, and document routing mechanisms
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and document management systems
- Create technical documentation, workflow specifications, and unit/integration tests
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Support deployments, monitor workflow execution, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of modern automation technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise software development, workflow automation, or BPM solutions
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with BPM/Workflow platforms such as IBM BAW, IBM BPM, Camunda, Appian, Pega, or similar
- Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL (Oracle or Postgre
SQL), and enterprise integration concepts - Good understanding of BPMN/process modeling and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices
- Understanding of document management systems and enterprise application architectures
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with enterprise document management or case management solutions
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing tools
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of Front-End technologies such as ReactJS
