Salesforce Developer

Location: Westlake

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Westlake, TX.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related major with 6+ years of CRM development experience

* Master's in Computer Science or related major with 4+ years of CRM Development

* Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer required; AWS certification would be preferred

* Knowledgeable in standard functions/modules of  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud

* Demonstrated experience with  development platform

* Experience creating Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features

* Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events

* Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits,  development best practices

* Knowledge of RESTful API and microservices development along with Salesforce API integration

* Ability to design and develop interactive CRMA dashboards and lenses

* Knowledge of CRMA dashboard Interactions/bindings

* Experience with Data Manager, Data Sync, and External Data ingestion

* Experience building datasets, dataflows, and recipes

* Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, Dev Ops, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development

* Experience with Application build and deploy using Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools - Jenkins and Salesforce DX

* Demonstrated experience of  administration and end user security requirements

* Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion

* Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms

* Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams

* Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
