Full Stack Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Software Engineer to join the Risk Workstation Product Area to develop high-quality applications for Risk and other business units. The role involves modernizing a critical application used for managing various types of risks within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality applications for Risk and other business units.

• Modernize a critical application that allows the firm to manage many types of risks.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring scrum teams.

• Architect and produce technical designs and solutions.

• Collaborate with squad members.

• Convey technical expertise to engage in impactful discussions with business and architecture partners.

• Implement and manage build, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with Java, Angular, Spring boot, Oracle, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS
-EKS.

• Deep knowledge and experience with Data Analysis, Data Modeling and SQL/PLSQL, Packages, Procedures, Collections, r (Oracle).

• Hands-on technical leadership experience leading and mentoring scrum teams.

• Experience architecting and producing technical designs and solutions.

• Experience working with squad members.

• Skill in effectively conveying technical expertise for impactful discussions with business and architecture partners.

• Experience with build, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes and tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Udeploy, Swagger, Datadog).

• Experience with Spring IDE and Eclipse within UNIX and Windows environments.

• Experience in cloud infrastructure.

• Experience with Agile development practices.

• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications
• AWS cloud infrastructure is preferred.

• Financial domain knowledge with exposure to financial brokerage and Market & Collateral/Operations Risk is a plus.
