We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Information Technology & Digital Strategy Division based in Paiania

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, reliable, and efficient software that supports business growth and operational excellence.

• Providing technical leadership through mentorship, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high‑quality software solutions across enterprise systems.
• Designing and evolving system architecture with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications and system designs.
• Managing deployments, monitoring system performance, and resolving complex production incidents and technical issues.
• Ensuring software quality and operational excellence while working with internal teams and external vendors.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong programming experience in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, scalable architecture, and system integration principles.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other relational & non-relational databases).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Dev Ops tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, monitoring & logging tools).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Excellent communication skills with very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in solution design, vendor management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
