In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Operations AI Engineer to join our Procurement and Supply Chain t eam in Athens. This is a senior-level , hands
-on technical leadership role for a passionate technologist with deep expertise in Machine Learning , Artificial Intelligence , and modern software engineering , who is motivated by solving complex , real-world operational problems and shaping technical direction .You will sit at the intersection of AI engineering and operational excellence — designing and delivering intelligent systems that autonomously monitor , reason, and optimize large-scale supply chain, logistics and operations environments, while acting as the go-to technical authority for your team and clients alike.

Make a Real Impact Build and deploy ML models using PyTorch , Tensor Flow and Scikit-learn for supply chain , logistics and operations optimization

Develop agentic AI tools with Lang Chain , Lang Graph , Auto Gen or CrewAI that autonomously monitor , reason and recommend actions

Design multi-agent systems with RAG pipelines , vector databases and tool-calling architectures for end-to-end operational workflows

Deliver production-grade AI systems — APIs , ML pipelines and cloud deployments on Azure , AWS or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes Leverage vibe coding tools like Cursor , Claude and Git Hub Copilot to accelerate prototyping and solution delivery

Lead technical decision-making and act as the primary AI engineering advisor for the team

Stay ahead of ML, GenAI , LLMs , MLOps and Agentic Workflow trends and introduce new tools and patterns that elevate delivery

Guide clients on AI adoption , feasibility and implementation strategy across complex operational environments

Support business development through proposals , solution blueprints and technical presentations

Mentor engineers , lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and build AI capability across the firm Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership

What You Bring Matters Required Degree  in Computer Science , Electrical & Computer Engineering , Data Science , Mathematics or a related field ;
PhD is a plus5–8 years of professional experience in production-based software engineering , ML engineering , AI systems or data-intensive application development , with demonstrated technical leadership or ownership of complex systems

Strong programming skills in Python ( preferred ); proficiency with ML frameworks ( PyTorch , Tensor Flow , scikit-learn ) and modern GenAI tooling ( Lang Chain , Lang Graph or similar orchestration frameworks )Hands
-on experience with agentic AI frameworks ( Auto Gen , CrewAI or similar ) and practical knowledge of LLMs , prompt engineering , RAG architectures…
