Overview

Shady Oaks Country Club is located just West of Downtown Fort Worth. The club was founded in 1958 by Marvin Leonard on 1220 acres of farmland encompassing the Westover Hills. The club's illustrious history pays homage to one of golf's greatest champions Ben Hogan. The golf courses original designer Robert Trent Jones Sr., took advantage of the rolling hills in creating Mr.

Leonard's dream into a reality. The golf course has been recently renovated in 2020 by the golf course design firm OCM (Ogilvy, Cocking, and Mead), and continues to provide the membership and their guests an unbelievable golfing experience.

Shady Oaks Country Club is a private-equity club, known for its exceptional service and warm hospitality. The service is only matched by the level of dedication to our membership and their guests.

The candidate should be an energetic, highly personable, self-motivated individual with a passion and willingness to go above and beyond to enhance the member experience. The candidate should display a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional personable skills.

Experience Required
  • High School Or College Level Graduate (Preferred)
  • 1-2 Years Of Service At A Golf Facility (Preferred)
  • Playing Ability (Preferred)
  • Ability To Communicate Effectively
  • Service-Heart Minded
  • Strong Work Ethic
Essential Responsibilities

Assist the Golf Professional and Outside Services Team in All Aspects of the Golf Operation

  • Learn Individual Member's Names, Needs, And Preferences;
    Deliver And Exceed Their Expectations
  • Be Driven To Learn All Aspects Of The Golf Industry, Always Seeking To Learn New Methods And Programs That Will Help Enhance Our Member/Guest Experience.
  • Keep Work Stations Clear Included But Not Limited To (Bag Room, Bag Drop, Golf Shop, Player Services Station, And Practice Facilities)
