Hotshot Driver – 5‑Car Trailer (Class A License)

Copart, Inc., a leading global online vehicle auction platform, is recruiting hotshot transport drivers for its Flex Force team. Drivers will operate 5‑car trailer trucks and front‑end loaders to move vehicles between Copart facilities and aid in catastrophe response across the country.

• Travel nationally on short notice for extended periods.
• Deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours when directed.
• Pick‑up and deliver vehicles to designated Copart facilities.
• Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring no damage.
• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Commit to safety, productivity, and professionalism.
• Maintain Hours of Service logs.
• Maintain equipment and facility operating conditions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support daily operations.

• Minimum 1 year of car hauling experience.
• Class A driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Meet background‑screening criteria.
• Ability to travel extensively, including by airplane when necessary.
• Work long hours (12+ hours per day) as needed.
• Travel on short notice (24 hours or less).
• Handle extreme weather, conditions, and terrain.

Base pay: $27.33 per hour. Piece‑rate system allows earning up to $75,000+ yearly; top performers earn around $100,000. Additional per‑day per diem of $45 when traveling.
