Select Water’s Trucking Supervisor ensures the correct, timely and safe delivery of oilfield fluids, fresh water, salt water products and specialty loads via tractor-trailer/tanker assigned to customer locations.

• Makes recommendations to Operations Manager regarding the work status of employees including hiring, firing, discipline, promotion, etc.
• Actively promotes and ensures a safe working environment and adheres to the EHS Management Plan.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and Government regulations pertaining to the worksite.
• Keeps the Superintendent updated on operations; inspects for hazards, lifesaving and safety equipment.
• Coordinates safety meetings and pre-job safety meetings.
• Ensures upkeep of equipment, suggests improvements, and maintains the paperwork.
• Trains & assesses crew members in accordance with established competency standards and conducts performance management assessments.
• Provides and implements action plan for identified performance/training gaps.
• Organizes daily activities of crew and coordinates the staff.
• Plans various activities such as repairs and daily maintenance of any equipment.

• Ability to use and educate Electronic Logging Device and computer terminal to input required data.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

• Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
• Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
• Prolonged sitting, standing, walking.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
