Encore Oilfield Services is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Winch Truck Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating winch trucks to load, transport, and unload heavy equipment and oilfield components in a safe and efficient manner.

• Safely operate winch trucks to load and transport compression equipment and other heavy equipment.
• Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment and vehicles.·
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform minor maintenance and assist with other yard or field duties as needed.

• Valid CDL Class A with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1-2 years winch truck or oilfield hauling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment, particularly permitted and oversized loads
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Must pass drug screen, background check and DOT Clearinghouse

• H2S, PEC, or other relevant safety certifications.
• Experience with oilfield compression equipment or similar heavy equipment transport.
• Manufacturing and Oilfield Equipment Repair
• Some overnight travel required, Per Diem included

• Granbury, TX 76049:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
