This position will be on site at our facility located in:
Cisco, TX. Candidates must reside within a one-hour commute of Cisco, TX. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.

The Global Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) for company-operated Bombardier Global 6000 and Global XRS aircraft. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of all assigned flights while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance, safety, leadership, and customer service. The Global Captain works closely with flight crew members, maintenance personnel, and company leadership to provide a world-class private aviation experience for executives and guests.

Key

Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) and maintain full responsibility for the safe operation of assigned aircraft.
  • Conduct comprehensive preflight planning, including weather analysis, route selection, fuel planning, and alternate airport considerations.
  • Verify aircraft airworthiness, performance capabilities, and regulatory compliance prior to each flight.
  • Operate aircraft in accordance with all applicable FAA Part 91 regulations and international aviation standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with flight crews, maintenance personnel, fixed-base operators (FBOs), and ground support teams.
  • Maintain exceptional situational awareness and sound judgment throughout all phases of flight operations.
  • Promote and support a proactive Safety Management System (SMS) culture.
  • Complete all required flight records, reports, and documentation accurately and timely.
  • Participate in recurrent training, simulator sessions, proficiency checks, and continuing education requirements.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Mentor and assist in the development of First Officers and other flight department personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain peak physical and mental readiness required for safety-sensitive flight operations.

Required Education, Experience, and

Qualifications:

  • FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.
  • Bombardier Global Express Type Rating required.
  • Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate required.
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 2,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) flight time.
  • Experience conducting international and oceanic flight operations.
  • Experience operating large-cabin aircraft under FAA Part 91 regulations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, Crew Resource Management (CRM), and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international aviation regulations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, confidentiality, and service excellence.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make critical decisions in dynamic operating environments.

Working Conditions:

  • Approximately 200 flight hours annually.
  • Approximately 100 overnight travel days per year.
  • Work is performed in aircraft, airport terminals, FBO facilities, and office environments.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods while operating aircraft controls and systems.
  • Must maintain a valid FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Must be able to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, regulations, charts, and operational procedures.
  • Must be capable of responding effectively in emergency situations and exercising sound judgment under pressure.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with executives, guests, and company personnel.
  • Must be able to work irregular schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight trips as required.
