Warehouse Associate​/Driver Hybrid

Our Opportunity

Join the first off‑site package management solution for apartment buildings. Fetch coordinates direct‑to‑door package delivery, ensuring a stress‑free experience. We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to help maintain a safe work environment, process packages, pick driver routes, perform inventory audits, and assist delivery drivers in scheduling and completing drops at local communities.

• Process and move parcels during dispatch, regularly lift up to 150 lbs using equipment or team lift.
• Load and round‑trip delivery routes covering up to 60% of your weekly schedule across multiple apartment communities.
• Pick up inbound freight from carrier facilities using material‑handling equipment.
• Perform regular fleet inspections and route inventory audits.
• Deliver a mix of small and oversized packages within scheduled windows.
• Operate hand‑activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
• Drive safely with good vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
• Maintain a clean workspace and support drivers in organizing cargo vans.

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with a paid plan for delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries.
• Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments in various weather conditions.
